'Binding of Isaac: Rebirth' fan feedback sought

Binding of Isaac: Rebirth developer Nicalis is seeking fan feedback on the direction of the upcoming remake.

The studio wants users to help select a new art style for the game, offering a choice of four mock-up screenshots in a survey on its website.

Nicalis's questionnaire also asks users which platforms they would like to see the remake appear on, with Wii U, 3DS and iPad listed as options.

Binding of Isaac creator Edmund McMillen explained on his blog that the new game will feature a different visual design because he believes the original is beginning to look "tired".

Rebirth will be an enhanced port of the PC original for multiple formats, with the 'Wrath of the Lamb' expansion included, local co-operative play and all new graphics remade in a 16-bit style.

The game will be released for PlayStation 3, PS Vita and PC next year, with a release on other platforms a possibility.
