BioShock Infinite released new gameplay footage at this year's Spike TV Video Game Awards.
The video depicts protagonist Booker DeWitt's first meeting with Elizabeth and sees him taking on scores of villains, including the Handyman.
The box art for BioShock Infinite was revealed last week, alongside news that the original BioShock would be included with PS3 copies in North America.
Series creator Ken Levine recently shot down long-running speculation that the title will feature a multiplayer mode.
BioShock Infinite was originally slated for release in October 2012, but has run into several delays and will now land on March 26, 2013.
The game will be released for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.
