'Crysis 3' Train Yard six-minute gameplay demonstration - watch

By
Crysis 3 has been given a new gameplay trailer by Electronic Arts.

The latest Crysis 3 video features six minutes of gameplay footage taken from the Train Yard level.

The video, which sees Prophet and Psycho attempt to meet a group of rebels, demonstrates the game's superb visuals, as well as a number of the title's weapons and enemies.

It ends with the duo attempting to escape the area on top of a runaway freight train.

Crysis 3 will feature a full single-player campaign in which New York has been encased in a 'Nanodome' by the Cell Corporation.

The dome has created a natural environment within the city, adding a rainforest, swamplands and rivers, as well as seven distinct locations named the Seven Wonders.
The game's multiplayer, which is called Hunter mode, pits two players equipped with nanosuits and bows and arrows against up to 14 heavily armed Cell soldier players.

Each time a Cell player is killed, they respawn as another hunter, gradually shifting the team balance as the match goes on. The hunter nanosuit allows players to become invisible, making the mode closely resemble the movie Predator.

Matches end when either all players are on the hunter team, or when time runs out and the remaining Cell players are evacuated from the area.

Crysis 3 will be available on February 19, 2013 in North America and February 22, 2013 in Europe for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
