Xbox 360 gamers to rock 'n' roll this Friday
Publisher RedOctane has begun promoting its forthcoming Xbox 360 guitar simulation, with the firm expecting great things from the highy-anticipated game.

Guitar Hero II, which is the only game ever to be awarded a perfect 10/10 review by 360 Gamer magazine, goes on sale this Friday and will be availabe with its its very own guitar called the X-Plorer Guitar Controller for the hefty price of £69.99.

The game sees players choose from a wild group of rockers and the idea is to play at 'virtual' concert venues that grow in crowd capacity as your career progresses.

There are 10 tracks exclusive to the Xbox 360 version, including 'Billion Dollar Babies' (Alice Cooper) and 'Hush' (Deep Purple). The game also offers downloadable content such as leaderboards as well as the chance to play competitively with friends.
