'WipEout Pluse' racing onto PSP
Published Thursday, Apr 5 2007, 09:23 BST | By David Gibbon

Developed by the firm's award-winning Studio Liverpool, WipEout Pulse will feature 24 new tracks, eight teams and seven game modes.
The developer has upped the ante with loops, vertical drops and 90 degree angled sections placed throughout the high-octane tracks.
A brand new Mag-Strip feature causes ships to become temporarily locked to the track’s surface, while Ad Hoc and Infrastructure modes give players the chance to create their own multiplayer events.
The game, which sees anti-gravity vehicles hurtle forward at speeds reaching 800km/h, will also offer wireless play and extensive downloadable packs featuring new tracks, ships and more.
WipEout Pulse is scheduled for release in September.
