GT Academy, which sees six expert Gran Turismo players compete to race in January's Dubai International 24 Hour event, will air on ITV4 from February 4.
The six-part series sees the participants undergo a series of mental and physical challenges in a bid to compete in the race and drive a Nissan 370Z GT4.
The entrants from the UK and Ireland were picked from a possible 830,000 participants after winning a series of regional heats, reports Eurogamer.
The GT Academy tournament series is in its fifth year, with last year's winner going on to compete in the British GT.
Gran Turismo 6 was confirmed by Polyphony Digital last year.
Work began on the game following the launch of GT5, and will reportedly be released on the PS4 and Vita.
