Arguably the most anticipated game of the year, fans of the Grand Theft Auto series can now watch the first trailer from the next game in the best-selling franchise (below).
Grand Theft Auto IV, which is due for release in October on PS3 and Xbox 360, will take place in Liberty City, New York.
The trailer indicates how large the environment is, where four of the five boroughs of New York have been recreated to explore in Grand Theft Auto IV, as well as parts of New Jersey, coupled with excellent graphics and impressive next-generation lighting effects.
According to Dan Houser, Rockstar founder, "The game will be as significantly different as GTA III was to the previous top-down crime capers and will offer much wider choice and freedom to the player."
The main update to the new game will be the way players interact with others. In past games of the series, you took orders from others. But this time round you can pick up the phone and dial out, calling to arrange rendezvouses.
