Simpsons in 'Grand Theft Auto' game
Published Thursday, May 10 2007, 12:36 BST | By David Gibbon

The game is in development at the firm's Redwood Studios and is being designed to appeal to fans of the long-running TV show, which has now seen over 400 episodes produced.
Described as an 'action comedy', the game will feature 16 levels - each one based on an episode of the show - and a story written by the show's own scriptwriters.
In the game, players will control a pair of the Simpson family, with characters from the show voiced by members of the cast.
"Our goal in developing The Simpsons Game is to create the most original game ever, which is a lofty goal and only possible given the close collaboration with The Simpsons' creative team," said Scot Amos, executive producer of the game.
"We're also especially proud of the game's warm visual feel, which captures - for the first time ever in a game - the look of the TV show. As Comic Book Guy says, 'Best. Simpsons Game. Ever!'"
The Simpsons Game is due out on PSP, PS2, PS3, Xbox 360, Wii and Nintendo DS this autumn.
