Both classic arcade brawlers Dungeons & Dragons: Tower of Doom and Dungeons & Dragons: Shadow over Mystara will be included with updated HD visuals.
The collection will also feature online co-operative play for up to four players, customisable house rules in the options, a new challenge system and unlockable concept artwork.
There will also be a character visualiser feature, keeping stats on which characters are most used and offering recommendations for character classes to help balance a co-operative team.
The Wii U version will also offer touch-screen controls to more easily select spells and items to use.
The HD port is being handled by Iron Galaxy Studios, which previously adapted Capcom's arcade ports of Street Fighter 3: Third Strike Online Edition, Marvel vs Capcom Origins and Darkstalkers Resurrection.
Dungeons & Dragons: Chronicles of Mystara will be available for Xbox Live Arcade, PS3, Wii U and PC in June for £11.99 ($14.99 or 1200 Microsoft Points).
