More known for its critically-acclaimed Metal Gear Solid and Pro Evolution Soccer franchises, Konami is making a first in the games industry by planning to launch a skincare guide for the Nintendo DS.
The package will allow users to set a date such as a forthcoming wedding and it then offers daily, customised skincare instructions in the run up to the big day.
"We have developed the software under the concept of getting pretty while having fun," Konami Digital Entertainment Corporate Officer Naoyuki Notsu told a news conference.
The skincare package will go on sale on October 18 in Japan, but Konami has no specific plans at present for a UK launch.
