The pack, aimed at true devotees of the series, will feature a copy of the game, a safety deposit box complete with Rockstar keyring, a soundtrack CD, a 'Art of GTA IV' book and a black themed sports bag.
The bundle will go on sale in the UK alongside the standard edition of the game on Xbox 360 and PS3 October 19.
Although no UK price has yet been announced, trade paper MCV has predicted it will be between £50 to £60.
