Play reveals 'exclusive' Commodore PC
Commodore Gaming has signed a one month exclusivity deal with leading e-tailer play.com allowing the firm to sell its much publicised CommodoreG computer one month before anyone else.

The new PC, which features the once famous Commodore brand name, includes an Intel Core 2 quad processor, 2Gb of RAM and, according to its manufacturer it "is optimised for gaming".

The CommodoreG can be customised with one of over 100 unique skin designs and the system also comes with 50 classic Commodore gaming titles and a five-pack bundle including Tomb Raider: Anniversary.

Bala Keilman, CEO for Commodore Gaming, said: “Play.com is a leading light in the PC gaming market and we believe they have the right audience focus to match the product positioning. The Commodore G is a fantastic rig and offers unbeatable gaming capabilities at a sub £1000 price. In its basic specification it will happily play the latest games as well as eat any other PC application for breakfast.”

Stuart Rowe, spokesperson for Play.com said, “This product exclusive is indicative of our continued growth and presence in the games market.”

The CommodoreG is available from today for £999.99.
