Link's Crossbow Training will be included with the new device, which will go on sale in the US on November 19.
The Wii Zapper houses both the Wii Remote and Nunchuck controller, turning the renowned control system into a light-gun device.
"The Wii Zapper combines our remarkable controllers into one housing with a classic style reminiscent of arcade-style games," said George Harrison, senior VP of marketing for Nintendo.
"Both veteran and first-time players will find it brings a whole new dimension to games where targeting is key and provides even more exciting gameplay experiences."
Apart from the dedicated Zelda game from Nintendo, third-party publishers have already shown their support for the new add-on.
Electronic Arts Medal of Honour: Heroes 2, Sega's Ghost Squad and Capcom's Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles will all include Wii Zapper functionality.
No UK release date for the bundle has yet been announced.
