'Halo 3' Legendary Edition sold out

Microsoft has confirmed that all copies of the hotly-tipped Halo 3 Legendary Edition have been snapped up ahead of its September 26 release.

The package includes a copy of the Xbox 360 game, two bonus DVDs featuring documentaries and remastered cinematic scenes from Halo and Halo 2, as well as a collection of Halo 3 storyboard art and a Halo 3 Spartan helmet.

Already predicted to be the fastest-selling videogame of all time, Halo 3 finally goes on sale exclusively for the Xbox 360 on September 26.
