Rumble gamepad announced for PS3

The first Dualshock PlayStation 3 wireless controller has been announced by Sony - and it will come complete with the eagerly-awaited rumble function.
The rumble feature seen on the PlayStation 2 gamepad was something enjoyed by many gamers and up until now it has proved a widely-missed option from the PS3 console.
The new peripheral, which will be released in Japan in November, also incorporates the motion-sensing feature of the Sixaxis controller.
No news on a UK launch date has yet been announced, but Sony has confirmed that the following list of games will be compatible with the new device:
