Web-slinger Spider-Man is to make a rare appearance tomorrow when he attends a game signing event at HMV's flagship Oxford Street store.
The comic book character, who will begin the event at 1pm, will be signing copies of his latest adventure, Spider-Man: Friend or Foe, on Xbox 360, PlayStation 2, Portable PlayStation, Nintendo DS and PC.
In the game, players are invited to defeat and then join forces with notorious movie foes from the Marvel universe, including Doc Ock, Green Goblin, Venom and Sandman, as well as others from the classic Spider-Man family of characters.
Gamers control Spider-Man and one of many superhero or supervillain sidekicks, as they master fighting moves and styles while switching between characters to execute team combos and defeat enemies.
