Codemasters has announced its upcoming titles will be made available through Valve's online distribution service, Steam.
The site (www.steampowered.com), which allows PC gamers to buy and then download new commercial games directly to their desktop, is to offer Clive Barker's Jericho as the first title under the agreement.
Codemasters will also release Overlord and Colin McRae: DiRT through Steam this month, while future title Turning Point: Fall of Liberty will also be released via the service on the same day at its retail launch.
"With major new content in the portfolio, Codemasters continues to expand its publishing and distribution reach," said Peter Chan, Codemasters' director of business development.
"As the industry's leading online platform for digital delivery of PC entertainment, Steam is a natural addition to the suite of leading platforms Codemasters is targeting with its leading new and recent releases."
