The developer of the Rock Band and Guitar Hero series has released a new music title for the Apple iPod system.
Harmonix has developed rhythm action game Phase: The Music Is Your Game in a bid to win over music fans who are also gamers.
The title, which costs £3.99 on iTunes, allows players to use the music tracks already stored on their iPod as the in-game playlist.
The gameplay involves matching the position of discs that flow towards you on a road by pressing the middle, left and right areas on the iPod wheel, then sliding your finger around to match up with moving sweeps of dots.
Phase: The Music Is Your Game joins a growing number of games becoming available for the iPod, with titles such as The Sims already on sale.
