Cheggers talks gaming in new podcasts

Owners of iPods, PCs and MP3 players will soon be able to listen to the delights of Keith Chegwin's rants and raves, after the GMTV host announced that he is recording six podcasts to tie in with the release of Cheggers Party Quiz.

The TV showman will be offering anecdotes on life, gaming and his career, all spoken as only Cheggers knows how.

The first podcast will be released on November 14, and this will be followed by one new podcast released each week until Christmas, all of which will be available to download from iTunes and from www.oxygengames.net.

Talking about his podcasts, Chegwin said: “It’s Cheggers here, coming to you almost live from my recording studio. With the winter drawing in, I’ve come up with the perfect solution to brightening up your early morning commute... me! Well, me in my first ever podcast that is.”

Cheggers Party Quiz, already out on PC and PS2, features family-based questions on subjects such as film, TV and music. A Nintendo Wii edition will be released next month.
