Gamers head to France to buy Wii

French stores are filled with the Japanese games system, unlike the UK where most high street and online shops have run out of stock.
According to The Daily Mirror, queues have become a regular occurrence at Calais-based retailers, with gamers spending around £150 to snap up the Wii console.
A spokesman from technology store Micromania told the newspaper: "English interest is phenomenal."
