Games publisher THQ has released a promotional trailer for its forthcoming all-terrain racer MX vs ATV Untamed, starring girls dressed in bikinis.
As well as offering some in-game footage, the trailer also shows two scantily-dressed girls getting ready for a race of their own as THQ hopes that sex really does sell.
The multi-format game MX vs ATV Untamed, which is one of THQ's big hopes for 2008, will see players battle off-road in a range of racing modes and vehicles.
“We’ve taken the core MX vs ATV racing experience and tailored gameplay to match the strengths of each individual gaming machine,” said Jack Sorenson, executive vice president of worldwide studios, THQ. “The Xbox 360 and PS3 versions, Wii and PlayStation 2 system versions, the PSP system version, and the DS version will all deliver unique experiences that capture the franchise’s strengths and maximize the fun gamers have on their system of choice.”
Although the trailer claims MX vs ATV Untamed will be released on December 17, the game will not be available until March on DS, PS2, PS3, PSP, Wii and Xbox 360.
