Sat-nav unveiled for Portable PlayStation
Sony has announced it is to release an add-on for its Portable PlayStation Slim & Lite games device, turning the handheld into a fully-functioning satellite navigation system.

Go! Explore, which will be launched on a UMD (Universal Media Disc) this Spring, will come bundled with a GPS (Global Positioning System) receiver to link the PSP with the global satellite system.

The software, which will be capable of displaying images in 2D or 3D, may be used on foot or in a car. A separate in-car charger will also be released.

The Go! Explore package will be available on its own for around £90, or with a car mount for £110. A Portable PlayStation bundle featuring the console and package will also be launched.
