Wireless adaptor for Nunchuk unveiled
Published Wednesday, Jan 30 2008, 09:36 GMT | By David Gibbon

While most Wii owners enjoy the wirefree Wii Remote, the wired Nunchuk often gets in the way of play and many users have said it is one of the most irritating aspects of the system.
This device aims to solve the problem by adding a self-standing sleeve to the wired Nunchuk and a small dongle that connects to the bottom of the Wii Remote, resulting in a wireless connection.
The Cord-Free wireless adaptor, according to Nyko, runs on two AAA batteries and provides up to 60 hours of gaming.
"Nyko is dedicated to providing outstanding wireless solutions for Wii gamers," said Chris Arbogast, marketing director at Nyko Technologies. "We want to provide multiple options for those looking to untangle their Wii experience."
The device will be launched in the US in February, but no details on the UK release have yet been announced.
