
Electronic Arts has revealed some of its plans for upcoming titles for the 2009 fiscal year and beyond during an analyst meeting.
President of EA Sports Peter Moore announced the firm would launch five new sports games in addition to previously unveiled FaceBreaker and Playground.
EA Sports also revealed it has extended its NFL licence through to 2013 and plans to grow the business, as well as its FIFA and NBA titles.
The company also said it is planning new titles in the Skate, Burnout, Need for Speed, Sims, SimCity and Rock Band franchises, and it also hinted at new Lord of the Rings and Godfather games.
Electronic Arts, which also announced a September 7 release date for Spore, said it is aiming for $6 billion dollars in revenue by the end of 2011.
