'God of War 3' confirmed for PS3

Sony has confirmed that it is bringing the next instalment in its hugely successful Greek mythology series God of War to the PlayStation 3 console.

New title God of War 3 will be released on Sony's next-generation console, but it refused to reveal any other details.

The next version of the game due for release is God of War: Chains of Olympus, which is out on March 28 for the Portable PlayStation.
