EA Sports has released 13 new screenshots from its brand new boxing franchise, FaceBreaker.
The title, which is expected to see annual updates released as with EA Sports' other well known franchises, is an arcade boxing game featuring stylised fighters with over-the-top moves.
EA, which claims the title is being developed with the aim of making games easier to play, said in a statement: "This game signals our shift to adding more approachable fun to our product lineup. In no time at all, you’ll be picking up the controllers and knocking your opponent around the ring."
Outrageous fighters such as Latin lover Romeo, known for his pelvic thrusts, and Russian Molotov, who is keen on dirty fighting, star in a game offering real-time facial deformation, the ability to taunt your opponent and the option to upload your own photo to create yourself as an on-screen boxer.
A launch date for FaceBreaker on Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii has yet to be announced, but the game is expected to be released later this year.
