Nintendo announces '08 release schedule

Nintendo has released its 2008 UK release schedule for the Wii and DS.

The list includes several games based on licensed properties, with movie tie-ins for Iron Man, Speed Racer and Indiana Jones pencilled in for this year.

The eagerly-awaited Super Smash Bros. Brawl has been given a June 27 release date. Pokémon will return to the handheld DS console with two Mystery Dungeon titles due for July 4.

Two new channels, WiiWare and the Nintendo Channel, will launch on May 20 and May 30 respectively.
