'Bourne Conspiracy' PS3 demo out Thursday
A new demo of Robert Ludlum's eagerly-awaited video game The Bourne Conspiracy will be available for download this Thursday via the PlayStation Network.

A Sierra spokesman said: "Fans of Robert Ludlum's Jason Bourne franchise will get a peek at the action-packed gameplay in The Bourne Conspiracy, a blend of brutal combat and unprecedented pace designed to let players become the perfect weapon, Jason Bourne."

The demo, which also launched on Xbox Live yesterday, will offer those interested in the forthcoming title an insight into its gameplay.

As part of the demo, Sierra says players will enjoy "seamless movement between hand-to-hand combat and gunplay, combined with unique 'escape & evade' gameplay where Bourne must escape deadly situations, all framed by relentless pace and camera techniques inspired by the cinematography of the films".

The demo will also offer a taste of high-speed pursuit in an "arcade racing-inspired police car chase".

The Bourne Conspiracy will launch on June 27 for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
