'Zoo Hospital' announced for Wii
Published Wednesday, May 7 2008, 11:27 BST | By David Gibbon

Zoo Hospital, already available for the Nintendo DS from Eidos Interactive, has been developed by Torus Games and allows players to perform dentistry, X-Rays, eliminate parasitic pests and surgery on a range of 48 different animals from gorillas and macaws to dolphins.
Following treatment, a spokesman from Codemasters said players will have to "sooth and feed each animal via intuitive gestures... happy, healthy animals increase the zoo rating which in turn affects the number of customers visiting the zoo."
Among the game's other features is a two-player co-operative mode, medical mini-games and the option to unlock new animals and enclosures.
Zoo Hospital is scheduled for release on Wii during winter 2008.
