The title, which will make full use of the Wii Balance Board, promises to deliver a "focused workout that will help players reach their own personal fitness goals".
Michaels is the host of popular US fitness TV series The Biggest Loser, where contestants battle to win $250,000 by losing the highest percentage of their starting body weight.
Players of Jillian Michaels' Fitness Ultimatum 2009 will become recruits to Jillian's boot camp as they take part in four challenges, including Weight Loss, Strength Training, Intervals and Hill Climb.
The firm revealed that "by completing exciting Wii Remote and Wii Balance Board motion-based challenges that range from crossing monkey bars to climbing ladders and rowing, players can also unlock lifestyle and fitness video tips from Jillian".
Jillian Michaels' Fitness Ultimatum 2009 will be released this Christmas in the US, but there are no current plans to launch the title in the UK.
