This week's Shirtless Friday star is Nicholas Gonzalez, a sexy young actor you may recognise from Grey's Anatomy, The O.C., Ugly Betty, Brothers & Sisters... the list goes on. Basically he's been around the block a bit, but we thought he deserved some further, ahem, exposure, so here he is.

Slightly geeky but still sexy
US sci-fi drama Kyle XY comes to BBC2 at the end of the month - good news for fans of the show's slightly-geeky-but-still-sexy star Matt Dallas. Incidentally, the delectable Chris Olivero, who we featured in our New Kids on the Block feature back in September, also appears. That's two fitty fitsters for the price of one, right?
Poor Matt seems to have been caught by the sun in that second picture. Would anyone like to rub in some after-sun lotion?
'The Apprentice': It's Wotherswatch time
So, what's fit Alex Wotherspoon up to on tonight's episode of The Apprentice?
Mainly ironing and bartering with Moroccan tradesmen, it seems. To be honest, it's a little disappointing that he didn't choose to do the ironing with his shirt off. After all, it's hot, steamy work and the best-pressed shirt is always the one that's just come off the ironing board.
Hopefully Alex will have realised this by next Wednesday - it's week seven now and we still haven't seen him with his kit off. What's going wrong?
