Right, here's the thing. Next month Digital Spy is hosting the UK's first ever Reality TV Awards and we'd quite like to tell you about the Sexiest Male category. Nominees include Austin Drage from The X Factor, Alex Wotherspoon from The Apprentice and Chris Fountain from Dancing On Ice, and Zac Efron's nowhere to be found, so think of it as chance to make up for Fitty Fitster of 2008.

Of course, there are lots of other categories to vote in - Best Reality Series, Best Judge, Best Moment and so on - but it's Sexiest Male that gives us an excuse to post this pectastic picture of BB9's Dale, who's also been nominated.
