In my dreams...(fourth pic) Shayne is on the top deck of our little yacht moored off East Hampton. "Oh god, I want this to last forever Brenny, I've never loved anyone like this" "Oh wow Shayne, that's the loveliest thing anyone's said to me" On screen, the figure of the parish priest in "Journal D'un Curé De Campagne" walks up to the chateau, his face etched with sorrow and fear. The film's themes of loneliness and existential dread sparks a now or never decision within me. "Shayne, will you marry me?" Shayne says nothing, slowly moves his face directly opposite mine looks directly into my eyes and smiles that rip your heart out smile. "Mate, I thought you'd never ask!" (He he he!)
