Kylie goes glam
Published Wednesday, Oct 10 2007, 10:44 BST | By Nick Levine | 11 comments
Kylie's new video features an explosion of glitter, a female guitarist who looks a bit like Patrick Wolf and the resurgent pop princess wiggling her bum in a black catsuit. What's not to love, eh?
As for the song itself, its cocksure electro-glam stomp has grown on the Gay Spy team each of the seven times we've spun it since 9.15 this morning. Alison Goldfrapp, it's reasonable to presume, might not be quite so welcoming. But what do you think of '2 Hearts'? Hit the 'Click to see and add comments' button to let us know.

I think it's a bit cack to be honest. Gutted. Where's the poptastic Kylie we all know and love?

Ohh no, this is a terrible 'cover' (yes Miss.M you have MORE talent than having to do a cover version!). But does it really matter what Kylie releases as her 'come back single' (you never went away in my eyes darling!)? Listening to the radio today someone commented that she could have sung a nursery rhyme and it would do well! Stick to what you do best Kylie - dance stuff! I just don't like it, it wont grow on me, and it makes me feel very disappointed.

Why's this in 'gayspy'? I love everything Kylie and I'm not gay! Anyway, yeah, it's a great single, and the video is ok. (Can't quite see the Goldfrapp comparison myself, either.)

Superb - a return to the top once again for one of the best (and nicest) in pop. Great direction to go in - just what she (and all of us) need.

Absolutely fantastic! Sexy and sultry. A nice change - this is gonna be big and once again proves that Kylie is the queen of pop!
