Does Zac need hairspray?

Since we started gushing over Zac Efron a month or so ago, the High School Musical hipshaker has been splitting opinion like a marmite-flavoured condom. Though John from Brighton says he "can't get him out of my mind since Hairspray", Simon from Newcastle reckons he's an "over-done plastic metrosexual”. Meanwhile, Steve from South Yorkshire admits that he "can't wait for him to do grown up films" because "naked scenes are a guarantee". Steve, mate, we can but hope.

For better or worse, the usually flawless star – let's face it, he makes Posh Spice look half-arsed in the grooming department– seems to have let his guard down lately.
