Another reason to watch 'Echo Beach'

The entente cordiale between Gay Spy and Cosmo lives on! Earlier today they sent us this lovely picture of Marcus Patric – formerly of Hollyoaks, now of Echo Beach - with his clothes off.



Like Matt Wolfenden and Brian Friedman before him, Marcus is baring all to raise awareness for the Everyman Campaign, the UK's leading male cancer campaign. What a thoroughly lovely chap he is - we're sure you can think of a way to show your appreciation.

Does Marcus have to work hard to stay in tip-top condition? "I go to the gym but I don't have a beauty regime," he tells Cosmo. "I'm a typical bloke – I bite my nails and forget to shave all the time." Well, in that case, it's lucky the photographer thought to bring a big, embarrassment-sparing surfboard to the shoot, isn't it?
