Another reason to watch 'Echo Beach'

The entente cordiale between Gay Spy and Cosmo lives on! Earlier today they sent us this lovely picture of Marcus Patric – formerly of Hollyoaks, now of Echo Beach - with his clothes off.
Like Matt Wolfenden and Brian Friedman before him, Marcus is baring all to raise awareness for the Everyman Campaign, the UK's leading male cancer campaign. What a thoroughly lovely chap he is - we're sure you can think of a way to show your appreciation.
Does Marcus have to work hard to stay in tip-top condition? "I go to the gym but I don't have a beauty regime," he tells Cosmo. "I'm a typical bloke – I bite my nails and forget to shave all the time." Well, in that case, it's lucky the photographer thought to bring a big, embarrassment-sparing surfboard to the shoot, isn't it?
You know what we're talking about... feel free to "eww!" as much as you like.

Marcus is such a gorgeous young man and always will be. PS: I am 3 years younger than he is, but he is a young man still. :) Marcus doesn't think he is God's gift, nor does he love himself, Paul from York. That is just jealousy and paranoia from idiots that want to put other decent people down, which doesn't make you troublemakers feel any better so why do you people do it?
