Ladies, gents and fellow Coach Trip fans, it's time to introduce our very first Fit Reader of the Week. His name's Danny and he's a 23-year-old student from St Andrews.

1. "I'm currently studying for a PhD in Chemistry, so I spend my days
creating all sorts of potions in the lab."
2. "To keep this body nice and trim, I'm regularly found lycra-clad and
cycling through the Scottish Highlands."
3. "Perhaps most importantly, I'm now single and always have one eye out for Mr. Right."
