Fit Reader of the Week: Bryn, South Wales

Say hello - or maybe shwmae - to our latest Fit Reader of the Week. His name's Bryn and he's an 18-year-old lad from South Wales.

We don't know what the Welsh for "shirtless" is - anyone care to enlighten us? - but, well, you can probably guess what's coming next.

That's what Bryn looks like. Here's what Bryn's got to say about himself.

1. "I love Delta Goodrem so much that it hurts."
2. "I'm scared of going to a gym and have therefore invested in a rowing machine. I don't use it."
3. "If I was vain and conceited and had to choose a lyric to define my life, it would be Robyn's "I'm so very hot that when I rob your mansion, you don't call the cops you call the fire station". (I'm not vain or conceited, so it's not.)"

Well, anyone who can quote from 'Konichiwa Bitches' is fine by us. Anyway, if you fancy picking up the baton from Bryn next week, here's some info on how to apply.
