i saw him in jfk airport a few years ago and he looked just as good as he does on tv. i really like the beard thing hes got going on as well. FIT

He has improved alot over the years, he never used to be such a hunk or very attractive but he's made up for that. I love Ugly Betty and was sad it came to an end. Will be interesting to see where they all go now, 2 of the cast are in True Blood. As for Eric, i'd be his Ugly Betty anyday :)
