It's Will from Will & Grace!

Sky One have flown Eric McCormack into town to help launch his new improv comedy series Lovespring International.
Recognising that he was in Scotland, Eric arrived at the screening in a kilt.
We were shown the second episode and not the pilot, which was a good thing because I had previously written the show off after seeing just the first ten minutes of the pilot.
Buuuut... it's actually very good. All improvised, and with a cameo from Eric (he's exec producer) in the second episode. Elements of Curb Your Enthusiasm, The Office and Kath & Kim.
"We always felt the beats of our show were more aptly suited for a UK audience," said co-exec producer Michael Foreman.
One of the later episodes, incidentally, features a cameo from Sky One honcho Richard Woolfe, while Sean Hayes (Jack from Will & Grace) guests in episode three.
