Meg Mathews, best known as the ex-wife of Oasis star Noel Gallagher, has been signed up to regularly feature on London talk station LBC.

Mathews, who is a permanent face on London's party circuit, will join Charlie Jordan's 3pm-6pm Sunday Supplement lifestyle programme on February 16 to contribute the latest gossip from the celebrity social scene.

"I'm really looking forward to joining Charlie to chat about all the things that people love to hear about on a Sunday," said Mathews, who previously hosted a dance music show on the Emap network four years ago.

Mathews becomes the latest big name to join the London talk station following Boy George, Matthew Wright and Tara Palmer-Tomkinson, who has also joined LBC as showbiz correspondent on David Prever's Friday afternoon show.
