Top Of The Pops, one of the world's biggest music brands, will be transmitted to music fans across the globe on the BBC World Service from April.
Radio 1 DJ Emma B will host the new show, which will countdown the UK's biggest chart hits and the week's number one record, as well as featuring gossip and news on the acts making the chart.
"Top Of The Pops is a welcome and valuable development of our portfolio of the very best of today's popular, eclectic and world music," said Phil Harding, BBC World Service Director of English Networks and News.
In addition to weekly music shows from John Peel and Charlie Gillett, the World Service is also set to broadcast series focusing on Radiohead and renowned producer Quincy Jones.
