Five steps up VOD promotion
Published Friday, Jul 18 2008, 12:38 BST | By Dave West
Five has begun a marketing push for Demand Five, its recently-rebranded video-on-demand service.
The service was redesigned and renamed three weeks ago, since which, says Five, the number of visitors to the site has more than doubled. New adverts began airing on Five, Fiver and Five US this week.
Jonathan Lewis, head of digital media, said: "The launch of Demand Five represents the first stage of our digital redevelopment programme. We plan to make a significant change in the digital space over the coming months."
The catch-up service offers a mix of free content, including Neighbours and Home And Away, and paid-for such as CSI and House.
