Forbes "to quit" Capital

Emma Forbes is in talks to end her contract with the London-based Capital Radio after just one month.
The presenter joined the station at the start of October to host the weekend breakfast show with Andi Peters, admitting she had a desire to be part of the new weekday breakfast team alongside Johnny Vaughan next year.
Now she is discussing the termination of her 12-month contract after it emerged her position on the team was not a sure thing.
"Emma was signed to Capital to co-present weekend breakfast," a Capital spokeswoman told Broadcast. "However, she has never made any secret of her desire to co-present the 95.8 Capital FM weekday breakfast show.
"Whilst no decision has been made to date on Johnny Vaughan's breakfast team, Emma has asked to be released from her contract to concentrate on other broadcasting opportunities."
Forbes was snatched from rival London station Heart 106.2.
