Lisa Snowdon has been confirmed as Johnny Vaughan's permanent co-presenter on Capital 95.8's breakfast show.
Snowdon, who filled in after Denise Van Outen quit the show because, according to a spokesperson for station owner GCap Media, "she wasn't able to handle the early starts", was described as a "fantastic talent" by Capital managing director Paul Jackson.
He said: "Lisa has been outstanding in recent weeks and we have received an amazing response from our listeners."
Vaughan added that he is "delighted to have Lisa" as his new co-presenter.
