The former Pepsi Chart DJ will remain with the London-based broadcaster until 2012.
"We are delighted that Neil has renewed his commitment to Magic and I am confident these moves will ensure Magic 105.4 continues to dominate the airwaves in 2009," programme director Pete Simmons said in a statement.
Fox is expected to continue with his breakfast show, while Angie Greaves has been announced as the new presenter for the afternoon Drive Time slot.
The DJ presents Magic’s More Music Breakfast every Monday to Friday from 5.30am to 9am.
