ITV sells JFMG stake for £1m

ITV has raised £1m by selling its 70% stake in spectrum management firm JFMG.
The broadcaster's stake has been sold to transmitter and broadcast company Arqiva, which now owns JFMG outright. The firm organises the use of radio spectrum by programme makers for applications such as wireless microphones and wireless cameras.
"The sale represents a further example of ITV's programme of non-core asset disposals," said an ITV spokesperson.
