No more 'Noel's HQ' for Sky1

The show, which led the channel's autumn rebrand, made headlines in February after Edmonds delivered an angry three-minute tirade against Wealden Council's decision to block the building of a bungalow for injured 20-year-old Royal Marine Joe Townsend.
"Sky1 and Noel Edmonds have mutually agreed not to proceed with a second series of Noel's HQ," a Sky spokesperson explained. "Noel's HQ achieved some significant changes, making a real difference and raising awareness for a variety of charitable campaigns as well as providing life-altering changes for a number of people, including Joe Townsend and Helen Newlove."
The channel will continue to work with Edmonds on projects including Noel's Christmas Presents and Are You Smarter Than A 10 Year Old?.
