NetPlay TV has acquired the business assets of Two Way Gaming, the company that provides Challenge Jackpot's gaming services.
The interactive gaming company will take over production of the channel and its website with immediate effect.
"This deal marks the latest stage in the evolution of the Challenge brand," said Virgin Media Television managing director Jonathan Webb. "By having NetPlay TV onboard I’m sure we will be able to take Challenge Jackpot to the next level of success whilst also bringing the very best in interactivity to our viewers."
The channel launched on cable in July 2008 and on satellite last October. The agreement between Virgin Media Television and NetPlay TV will run until June 30 2013.
