Report: Time Warner makes Endemol offer

American media giant Time Warner has expressed interest in buying Big Brother and Changing Rooms producer Endemol from its Spanish parent company Telefonica, according to a report in La Gaceta.
The report indicated that Time Warner had placed a €2bn bid for the company.
